针对目前我国居住区商业服务设施还未完善，存在设施不足、业态结构不合理、服务功能单一等问题，从消费角度进行了分析，明确了居民日常需要的商业服务设施类型，使居住区商业服务设施的规划更具备理论依据。%According to some problems in residential districts with insufficient service facilities,unreasonable format structure,and single service function,undertakes the analysis from the consumption,and identifies the types of the commercial facilities for daily demands of residents,so as to provide some theoretic reference for the planning of the commercial service facilities residential districts.
