Based on literature review,this paper analyzed the importance of reasonable budget cost in quality engineering construction process, emphatically researched the determination and control of high quality engineering budget cost,elaborated the key issues,provided reference for the research on similar problems.%在查阅文献的基础上，分析了优质工程施工过程中合理预算造价的重要性，着重研究了优质工程预算造价的控制与确定，就其中的关键问题进行了阐述，为同类问题的研究提供了参考借鉴。
