Through the analysis on residential status in Handan,this paper elaborated the necessity of construction of high-quality residential com-munity,showing the city characters in Handan,and from the value orientation,site selection,community layout,architectural style and other as-pects elaborated the design idea of high quality residential community,so as to display the high-level image of residential community.%通过分析邯郸市居住现状，阐述了建设高品质居住小区，展现邯郸城市特色的必要性，并从价值定位、基地选址、小区布局、建筑风格等方面阐述了高品质居住小区的设计构思，以展示小区高端大气的形象。
