This paper made seismic evaluation to nearly 5 000 homes in Yanbei area,according to the actual situation,described the important link and key parts process technology of wooden structure housing,raw soil structure housing,brick structure housing in reinforcement process, provided reference for future dangerous building reconstruction and seismic reinforcement engineering in this area.%对雁北地区近5000户民房进行了抗震鉴定，根据实际情况，有针对性的描述了木结构房屋、生土结构房屋、砖砌体结构房屋在加固过程中的重要环节和关键部位的处理技术，为今后该地区危房改造及抗震加固工程提供参考。
