The article uses the mortar experiment before six groups data of grey correlation analysis,compared with the orthogonal experiment of range analysis,it is concluded that both the influence of various factors has the similarity on the compressive strength,consistency,setting time. According to the correlation experiment results of the grey correlation analysis,drawn some valuable conclusion.%采用砂浆试验前6组数据进行了灰色关联分析，并与正交试验的极差分析进行了对比，得出两者在关于抗压强度、稠度、凝结时间等试验指标下，各因素的影响程度排序具有相似性，同时依据正交试验结果的灰色关联分析，得出了一些有意义的结论。
