This paper described the specific requirements of base structure,according to the cement stabilized gravel base principle,from raw material selection,mixture design,construction quality control and other aspects,elaborated the measures to reduce the pavement reflection cracks,so as to ensure the construction quality.%对基层结构应符合的具体要求进行了说明，根据水泥稳定碎石基层原理，从原材料选择、混合料设计、施工质量控制等方面入手，阐述了减少路面反射裂缝产生的措施，以确保施工质量。
