To respond to the call of the country,and in order to strengthen the rural construction,narrow the gap between urban and rural,the article study the planning and construction for a single administrative village,starting from the planning point of view,integrating other related disciplines,proposed building a“rural community”model. A thorough research of four aspects from the research significance,research content, pattern classification and construction path,summed up a set of feasible construction of“village community”.%为了响应国家号召，加强农村建设，缩小城乡差距，针对单个行政村的规划建设开展研究，从规划的角度出发，综合其他相关学科，提出构建“农村社区”模式，并从研究意义、研究内容、模式分类和构建路径四方面进行了深入研究，总结出了一套因地制宜、切实可行的“村落社区”建设思路。
