The paper illustrates the structural design for civil defense projects,analyzes some methods and process for the civil-defense structural design from the main body design,entrance design,and transmission functions at peacetime and wartime,and discusses its design principle,so as to ensure the design to be scientific.%对人防工程的结构设计进行了系统的阐述，主要从主体设计、口部设计、平战转换功能设计方面分析了人防工程结构设计的方法和过程，并对其设计原则进行了讨论，以保证设计的科学性。
