针对认知网络性能评估中存在的随机性和模糊性问题，提出了一种面向认知网络的不确定性评价方法，该方法引入了云模型理论，研究并提出了基于云模型的认知网络性能评估方法，实现了认知网络性能评价的定量与定性互换，并通过实验验证了该评价方法的可行性。%In order to solve the existing performance evaluation of cognitive network of random and fuzzy problems,a method for evaluating the uncertainty of cognitive network is proposed in this paper. The paper studies and puts forward the cognitive network performance evaluation meth-od based on Cloud Model,which implements the quantitative and qualitative swaps of cognitive network performance. Through the experiment is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the evaluation method.
