Integrating with engineering examples,the paper studies the turnout region renovation technology by combining 3D orientating turnout with big generator tamping,introduces orientating pile setting methods and tamping preparation,mainly explores preliminary 3D measurement and workload labeling and re-measurement and other working points,and summarizes measurement and construction matters,with a view to achieve good construction effect.%结合工程实例，研究了利用道岔三维定位结合大机捣固整治岔区技术，介绍了定位桩的布设方式以及捣固前的准备工作，着重探索了前期三维测量及工作量标注、复测等工作要点，总结了测量和施工中的注意事项，达到了良好的施工效果。
