This paper described the existing problems in construction organization and management course teaching,through the re-design and discussion,formed the“three-in-one”teaching model mainly as classroom teaching,practice teaching,curriculum design,and system analyzed the advantage and its application effect of the teaching mode,for reference.%阐述了施工组织与管理课程教学中存在的问题，通过重新设计和探讨，形成了以课堂教学、实验教学、课程设计为主的“三位一体”教学新模式，并对该教学模式的优势及其应用效果进行了系统分析，以供参考。
