Taking some overseas project as the example,the paper introduces the definitions for the two common weak foundation treatment meth-ods,the dynamic method and the replacement method,and explores the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods from the construction methods and cost,so as to provide some reference for the economical and effective foundation treatment methods.%以某海外工程为例，对强夯法和换填法常用的两种软弱地基处理方法的定义进行了介绍，并从施工方法和费用两个角度探讨了两种方法的优缺点，为建筑工程选择经济有效的地基处理方法提供了依据。
