以老年人的心理为切入点，实地调研了不同时期建成的三个居住小区在创设符合老年人交流特点的公共空间，并以新园村高层小区为例，分析了现代高层小区对于老年人交流空间设计的缺失，并提出了初步的解决方案。%Taking the elderly psychology as a starting point,this paper field researched the public space of three residential areas different periods built in the creation of the communication characteristics suitable for elderly,and taking Xinyuancun residential area as an example,analyzed the deficiency of modern high-rise residential to elderly communication space design,and put forward some solutions.
