Taking Australian 600 MW IDGCC power plant modularity construction as an example,the paper introduces modularity design con-cept,describes modularity prefabrication from aspects of equipment modularity,workshop,technological pipeline and support frame modularity, instrument and electrical modularity,and finally points out that modularity construction management concept can achieve the goal of lowering inte-gral construction cost,shortening construction duration and improving construction quality.%以澳大利亚600 MW IDGCC 电厂模块化建设为例，介绍了模块化设计的思路，从设备模块化、厂房、工艺管道和支撑框架模块化、仪表与电气模块等角度对工厂模块化预制进行了阐述，指出模块化建设管理思路可达到降低整体建设费用、缩短建设工期、提高施工质量的目的。
