From the damages, this paper discussed the coupling beam damage model, based on this combining with the latest research progress at home and abroad, system elaborated the common coupling beams, double coupling beams, steel coupling beams or steel-concrete composite beams, then the development trend of replaceable coupling beams, finally prospected the future development of related technology.%从震害出发，论述了连梁破坏模式，在此基础上结合国内外最新研究进展，系统阐述了普通连梁、双连梁、钢连梁或钢—混凝土组合连梁，直至可更换连梁的发展历程，最后对相关技术在未来的发展前景作了展望。
