The paper adopts the full-sided quality management, investigates and analyzes the important reasons affecting the appearance construc-tion quality of the back strip, makes the aims for the qualified ratio for the back strip design construction, and identifies the reasonable schemes, and points out the quality control strategies, so as to provide the quality control is feasible by the engineering effect.%运用全面质量管理的方法，调查分析了影响后浇带外观施工质量的主要原因，制定了后浇带留设的施工优良率目标，确定了合理的方案，并提出了质量控制对策，最后以工程效果验证了质量控制的可行性。
