AP1000核电厂重件道路地基处理设计探讨

         

摘要

Characteristics of bearing capacity and deformation of heavy haul road located in the crushed stone backfill area were analyzed based on the characteristics of giant cranes used in domestic AP1000 nuclear power plants and the geotechnical conditions of the plants. The results show:the earth replacing method, dynamics compaction and composite foundation were recommended to be the appropriate ground treatment methods for heavy haul road of Lampson crane. The earth replacing method using high strength materials, dynamics compaction, composite foundation and pile foundation were recommended to be the appropriate ground treatment methods for heavy haul road of Demag crane.%根据国内AP1000核电厂使用的大型起重机的特点及核电厂厂区岩土工程条件,分析了位于碎石回填区的重件道路在起重机荷载作用下的承载力和变形特征,结果表明:对Lampson起重机建议采用换填法、强夯法和复合地基方法;对Demag起重机建议使用具有一定强度的材料换填、强夯法、复合地基方法和桩基础。
