Based on the large-dome steel structure projects with bottom perfect round, the paper illustrates the multi-unit horizontal assembly, as-sembled side and correction of consolidation side, vertical layered and segmented assembly, and CO2 shielded welding in the steel structural in-stallation technique, and proves by the practice that the method can solve the technical difficulties in the large-span spherical vaulted ceiling.%以某底面正圆大穹顶大型钢结构工程为依托,对钢结构安装技术采用多单元水平拼装,边拼装边加固边校正,竖向分层分节拼装,CO2气体保护焊等措施进行了阐述,实践证明该方法保证了质量,解决了大跨度球状弧屋顶的技术难题。
