This paper elaborated the important significance of strengthening the technology management of railway sub-grade engineering, accord-ing to the existing problems of sub-grade engineering technology management in railway construction, put forward the innovation of railway sub-grade construction management mode, establish risk mechanism and other strategies, in order to continuously improve the technology management quality of sub-grade engineering.%阐述了加强铁路路基工程技术管理的重要意义，针对铁路建设中路基工程技术管理存在的问题，提出了创新铁路路基建设管理模式，建立风险机制等策略，以不断提高路基工程技术管理质量。
