Combining the design of tunnel project Shenwei coal pipeline. This paper describes the main factors that affect the design of the tun-nel, summed up the difficulty of the project tunnel construction project and the corresponding countermeasures, which has an important guiding significance for construction of the building of the tunnel.%结合神渭管道输煤项目隧道工程设计，介绍了影响隧道设计的主要因素，探析了该项目隧道工程的施工难点及其相应的解决对策，对隧道的施工建设具有重要的指导意义。
