In light of current residential community parking difficulties in Laiwu city,the paper analyzes residential community parking difficulty causes and carries out in-situ investigation. Combining with specific examples,it puts forward improving measures for solving residential commu-nity parking difficulties from aspects of improving system,transforming schema and regulating property management and so on.%针对当前莱芜市住宅小区所面临的停车问题，对莱芜市住宅小区停车难问题的起因进行了分析及实地调研，并结合具体实例，从完善制度，改造方案，规范物业等几个方面为解决莱芜市住宅小区的停车难问题提出改进措施。
