Combining with the engineering case of Nigeria-Akwa Bozhou Eckert 19 km project,this paper analyzed the engineering soft foundation process method,elaborated the construction technology of weir back-fill method and first pressure after digging dredging method,summarized the technical points of each stage in construction,in order to obtain good construction effect.%结合尼日利亚阿夸依博州埃科特19公里公路项目工程案例，对工程软基处理方法进行了分析，阐述了挡堰回填法及先压后挖清淤法的施工技术，总结了施工中各阶段的技术要点，以取得良好的施工效果。
