In order to ensure the role of construction data could give full play to,this paper analyzed the construction data management character-istics of construction unit,and from the perfect of management system,strengthen subcontracting data management,strengthen inspection and other aspects,put forward some effective measures of construction data management measures of construction unit.%为了确保施工资料的作用能够得以充分发挥，对建筑施工单位施工资料管理的特点进行了分析，并从完善管理制度、强化分包资料管理、加强检查等方面入手，提出了几点建筑施工单位施工资料管理的有效措施。
