In order to enhance the enterprises market competitiveness,improve the enterprises economic efficiency,this paper researched the pro-ject cost management,and made elaboration from the enterprises business management,technology management,construction process manage-ment and other aspects,pointed out that the project cost management need for overall consideration,combining with the specific circumstances reasonably determined the project cost object.%为了增强企业的市场竞争力、提高企业的经济效益，对工程项目的成本管理进行了研究，并从企业的经营管理、技术管理、施工过程管理等方面进行了阐述，指出项目的成本管理必须统筹兼顾，结合工程的具体情况合理确定工程成本目标。
