From the relevant provisions of the stability requirements of the structure to resist overturning in Chinese Highway Bridge Design Code ( JTG D62 draft),by means of finite element analysis for the influence of parameters of single column pier box girder span layout,support set, the width of the deck,the curve radius,then get the safety factor of stability and bearing stress with the change of the above parameters of single column pier box girder overturning,and concludes the relevant conclusions of the anti overturning stability design.%从JTG D62中国公路桥梁规范（讨论稿）对结构抗倾覆稳定要求的相关条文出发，通过对独柱墩箱梁桥孔布置、支座设置、桥面宽度、曲线半径等影响参数进行有限元数值分析，得到了独柱墩箱梁桥抗倾覆稳定安全系数和支座应力随以上参数改变而变化的规律，并以此得出了其抗倾覆稳定设计的相关结论。
