对施工项目成本控制的概念进行了简要介绍，分析了我国施工企业项目成本管理中存在的管理人员成本管理意识不强、成本管理体制不健全等问题，并提出了具体的改善措施，以降低施工企业的经济成本。%The thesis briefly introduces the concept of construction project cost control,analyzes domestic construction enterprise project cost management problems,such as insufficient cost management consciousness and inappropriate cost management system,and finally puts forward specific improving measures,with a view to reduce economic cost of construction enterprises.
