This paper mainly for analyzing practical cases of Chinese modern landscape design based on historical culture,from landscape design of cultural background,the theme putting forward of landscape design,analysising of landscape architecture design and how to apply inside land-scape garden design. The modern landscape planning and design has important position in inheriting culture,displaying folk customs and promo-ting tourism development.%对基于历史文化的中国现代园林实例的规划设计进行了分析，并从园林设计的文化背景、园林主题构思的提出、园林设计内部景致的分析以及历史文化如何运用到现代园林之中等方面进行了论述，提出了现代园林规划设计在传承文化、展示民俗和促进旅游发展中具有重要地位。
