According to the bored pile construction examples of a karst area,this paper researched the inclined hole,curved hole,stuck,slurry leakage,hole collapse and other accidents in karst area construction,and discussed the specific approach,gave the matters should pay attention to in construction,accumulated construction experience for the smooth construction of the formation.%根据某岩溶地区钻孔灌注桩施工实例，对岩溶地区施工中易出现的斜孔、弯孔、卡钻、漏浆、塌孔等事故进行了研究，并讨论了具体的处理办法，给出了一些施工中应注意的事项，为该类地层的顺利施工积累了施工经验。
