介绍了决策树的作用，论述了资金时间价值的重要性，通过对某桥梁工程案例进行动态决策树分析，结果表明资金时间价值及基准折现率的大小会对投资决策产生较大影响，并有可能产生相反的决策结果。%This paper introduced the role of decision tree,discussed the importance of money time value,through the dynamic decision tree anal-ysis on a bridge engineering case,the results showed that the money time value and benchmark discount rate size had greater impact on investment decision,and could produce the opposite decision results.
