According to relevant theoretical knowledge,the paper carries out stress analysis for the strip foundation and waterproofing board,ex-plores the computation principles of strip foundation+waterproofing board anti-floating design,and introduces the structural design of anti-floating design. Combining with engineering examples,it describes computation methods of integral anti-floating,waterproofing board and strip foundation reinforcement,with a view to provide some guidance.%根据相关理论知识，对条形基础及防水板进行了受力分析，探讨了条形基础加防水板抗浮设计的计算原则，并介绍了抗浮设计的构造要求，结合工程实例，对整体抗浮、防水板、条基配筋等计算方法作了阐述，以供参考。
