从采样环节、实验室环节、测试环节三方面入手，分析了水质监测工作中存在的技术问题，提出了做好样品采集、做好数据处理工作、做好监测质量保证等措施，以提高水质监测水平，从而更好地保护我国的水资源与水环境。%From the sampling link,laboratory link,testing link three aspects,this paper analyzed the existing technical problems in water quality monitoring,put forward done well sample collection,data treatment work,detection quality assurance and other measures,to improve the water quality monitoring level,so as to protect our water resources and water environment.
