The paper analyzes HVAC scheme design of hospital central sterile supply department,discusses infection preventing,equipment oper-ation and working comfort and other aspects,puts forward systematical rational distribution and air flow organization computation method,which meets infection preventing demands,realizes equipment operation conditions,and improves working comfort.%对医院消毒供应中心暖通空调方案设计进行了分析，从感染防控、设备工作运行、工作舒适度等方面进行了论述，提出了系统合理分区、气流组织计算的方法，达到了满足感染防治防控要求、实现设备工作运行条件、提高职工工作舒适度的效果。
