This paper elaborated the importance of electrical equipment lightning protection work of hydropower station,discussed the lightning risk problems in hydropower station construction,and analyzed how to do a good job of lightning protection work of electrical equipment,had pos-itive promotion role to the improvement of hydropower station management.%论述了做好水电站电气设备防雷工作的重要性，对水电站施工中雷电风险问题进行了讨论，并就如何做好电气设备的防雷工作进行了分析，对改进水电站管理工作有积极的促进作用。
