以北京房山某高层建筑为例，通过对该工程超限情况的论述，介绍了此类超限高层结构的设计方法及注意事项，包括其结构布置、抗震分析方法及性能化目标的选取等，对类似的商住综合楼的设计有借鉴意义。%Taking a high-rise building in Beijing Fangshan as an example,through the discussion on the transfinite situation of the project,this paper introduced the design methods and matters needing attention of this transfinite high-rise structure,including the structure layout,seismic a-nalysis method and performance-based objective selection,had reference for similar design of residential and commercial complex building.
