In view of the complex environment,difficult,many methods and other characteristics of municipal engineering work,this paper ana-lyzed some potential problems in municipal engineering construction safety management,put forward standard construction method,formulate management mechanism,strengthen safety education and other measures,to minimize the safety accident probability.%针对市政工程作业环境复杂、难度大、方法多等特点，分析了市政工程施工安全管理潜存的一些问题，提出了规范施工方法、制定管理机制、加强安全教育等应对措施，争取将安全事故发生的概率降到最低。
