In light of difficult exalted roof construction and various leakage problems,combining with specific construction experience,the paper specifically introduces SBS waterproofing layer construction,protection and leveling layer construction and slope-seeking layer construction,and summarizes rational and effective improvements,with a view to increase the roof waterproofing reliability and reduce construction difficulty.%针对上人屋面施工难度大、渗漏问题多的情况，结合具体施工经验，对 SBS 防水层施工、保护及找平层施工、找坡层施工等进行了详细介绍，并总结了合理有效的改进方法，以增加屋面防水可靠性、降低施工难度。
