结合既有公共建筑节能改造的现状，论述了公共建筑节能改造的意义，并提出了改造建筑外围护构件、充分利用可再生能源、增强相关配套设施建设等建议，以提高既有公共建筑的节能设计水平。%Combining with the present situation of existing public buildings energy conservation transformation,this paper discussed the signifi-cance of public building energy conservation transformation,and put forward the renovation building peripheral components,made full use of re-newable energy,strengthen the relevant support facilities construction and other suggestion,in order to improve the energy conservation design level of public buildings.
