Combining with the principle of pressure meter test,this paper analyzed the influence of hole wall quality situation to pressure meter test results from different stratum,different pore forming process,and put forward the solution and control methods,pointed out the pressure me-ter test had simple equipment,easy to test,applied board formation,could made test to different depth stratum and other advantages.%结合旁压试验的原理，分析了不同地层、不同成孔工艺形成的孔壁质量情况对旁压试验结果的影响，并提出了解决和控制的方法，指出旁压试验具有仪器设备简单、试验方便、适用地层广泛，可对不同深度地层进行试验的优点。
