通过分析市政工程施工质量管理存在的问题，对问题的产生原因及解决措施进行了研究，提出了明确质量管理目标、设定施工内容、提高工作人员素质等具体策略，以期从根本上保证市政工程的施工质量。%According to the analysis of some problems in the construction quality management of municipal proiects,the paper researches their reasons and solutions,and points out some strategies including the identification of quality management aims,the design for construction con-tents,and promotion of personnel,so as to ensure the construction quality of municipal proiects.
