The paper introduces the structural features,manufacturing difficulties,manufacturing craft for key spare parts,and quality control measures of the double crossover of No. 12 ballastless turnout with 5 m distance on 60 kg/m steel rails of some passenger special railway,points out the crossover can meet the demands for turn-round tracks on express railways or ballastless rails of intercity railways,and indicates the alloy steel composite structures can be adopted for single-open,acute-angle,and obtuse-angle frog,so it is suitable for the cross-section iointless track and it can improve the transportation efficiency.%介绍了客运专线铁路用60 kg/m钢轨12号无砟道岔5.0 m间距交叉渡线的结构特点、制造难点、关键零件加工工艺及质量控制措施等,指出该交叉渡线满足了高速铁路折返线或城际铁路无砟轨道的使用要求,单开、锐角、钝角辙叉均采用合金钢组合结构,适应了跨区间无缝线路,提高了动车运输效率。
