The paper describes the importance of power supply engineering of 110 kV electric railway traction substation in Yiiing of Taiyuan city, puts forward five traction substation connecting system schemes in Yiiing,applies the scheme 1 as the engineering design scheme through compar-ison,and studies the engineering construction energy-saving demands and criteria,with a view to achieve the economic and environmental-protec-ting obiects.%阐述了太原市建设义井110 kV电气化铁路牵引站的重要性，提出了五个义井牵引变电所接入系统方案，经过比选，采用方案一为该工程的设计方案，并对工程建设的节能要求和标准作了研究，以达到经济、环保的目的。
