In order to play the role of the social inspection and regulate the behaviors of the construction parties in the construction process,the paper researches the methods to promote the quality supervision control by the supervision parties by combining with the practice,and points out some suggestions,so as to provide some reference.%为了能真正发挥“社会监理”的作用，规范监理单位在施工建设中的行为，结合工作经验，就加强对监理单位的质量监督控制的方法作了研究，并提出了几点建议，以供借鉴。
