Using ETM+data,through the remote sensing image processing,this paper extracted the remote sensing geological information( annu-lar structure information and mineralization alteration information)had prospecting prediction significance,based on the remote sensing informa-tion,geological information,geochemical information and other comprehensive analysis,made target zone and prospecting prediction to Guoiiagou area,offered new way and remote sensing basis for the next step work.%利用ETM+数据，通过遥感图像处理，提取出了具有找矿意义的遥感地质信息（环形构造信息与矿化蚀变信息），在对遥感信息、地质信息、化探信息等综合分析的基础上，对郭家沟研究区进行了靶区圈定和找矿预测，为下一步工作的开展提供了新的思路和遥感依据。
