Based on microbial mineralization technology,a type of cost-effective and green-environmental microbial dust suppressant is devel-oped. Through screening of microbial strains with excellent mineralization in the construction dust environment,the preparation methods,per-formance testing methods and application of microbial dust suppressants were discussed. This paper aims to develop and promote the preparation and use of the microbial dust suppressants.%基于微生物矿化技术，研制了经济高效的绿色环保型微生物抑尘剂，通过筛选在建筑扬尘颗粒环境中具有优异矿化性能的微生物菌株，从微生物抑尘剂的制备方法、性能测试方法以及规模化应用等方面展开探讨，以期对微生物抑尘剂的研制及推广应用提供借鉴作用。
