This paper analyzed the existing one-sided pursuit of construction progress,favor construction over management in construction engi-neering management,summarized system establish and perfect of construction management system,create information management platform, strengthen the quality control of construction engineering and other reform ways,to enhance the quality of construction engineering management, so as to promote the sustainable development of construction industry.%分析了建筑工程管理中存在的片面追求施工进度、过分重建轻管等问题，系统归纳了建立健全施工管理制度、创建信息化的管理平台、加强对建筑施工的质量控制等改革途径，以提升建筑工程管理质量，从而促进建筑行业的可持续发展。
