In this paper,from the installation quality control,the electrical equipment installation quality control countermeasures,three aspects of the management of electrical equipment debugging,analyzed the electrical equipment of the hydropower station installation and debug the relat-ed questions of how to manage,through the guidance of scientific construction management,improve the stability of the overall operation,provide technical support for its efficient operation and security.%从安装质量的控制、电气设备安装质量控制对策、电气设备调试管理三个方面入手，重点分析了水电站的电气设备安装及调试如何管理的相关问题，旨在通过科学的施工管理指导，提高水电站整体运行的稳定性，为其高效运行提供技术支持以及安全保障。
