This paper discussed the some issues to consider of the foundation design of main building and underground garage or between the podi-um in modern high-rise building,for example any necessary setting deformation joint(settlement joint and expansion joint),seismic joint,how to solve the foundation settlement difference when not setting deformation joint,any necessary expansion joint and other problems caused by super-long structure temperature stress,and through several schemes analyzed and discussed the measures of all kinds of problems of similar situations, for reference.%探讨了现代高层建筑中主楼与地下车库或者其裙房之间的基础设计中要考虑的若干问题，例如有无必要设置变形缝（沉降缝、伸缩缝）、抗震缝；不设变形缝时基础的沉降差值如何解决；结构超长因温度应力引起的开裂是否需要设置伸缩缝等问题，并通过几种方案分析讨论了遇到类似情况时解决各种问题的措施，以供参考。
