The paper analyzes low population rate status of BIM technique application in building project,and puts forward lightweight applica-tion methods of BIM technique in China,and respectively shows implementing proposals for designers,construction contractor,consultants and project owner lightweight application,which not only reduces BIM promoting difficulties but also promotes BIM technique application in China as well.%对 BIM 技术在建设项目中普及率不高的现状进行了分析，提出 BIM 技术在我国推行初期实行轻量化运用的方法，并分别给出设计方、施工方、咨询方、业主方轻量化运用的实施建议，达到了减少 BIM 推广困难，促进 BIM 技术在我国落地的效果。
