The paper illustrates some main problems in the alteration management of construction engineering contracts,analyzes the reasons for the contract alteration,and sums up the routines to accelerate the alteration in the construction engineering contracts and promote the auditing quality in the alteration,so as to improve the implementation of the projects.%对建设工程合同变更管理中存在的一些主要问题进行了阐述，分析了引起建设工程合同变更的原因，系统归纳了加快建设工程合同变更办理、提高合同变更审核质量的路径，以推进建设工程项目的顺利实施。
