This paper discussed the present situation of domestic construction engineering bidding system,analyzed the main problems,pointed out that strengthening bidding supervision,innovation operation mechanism,perfect the management system was the basic way to ensure that the bidding work justice and fair and prevention of construction engineering field corruption.%探讨了国内建设工程招投标制度的现状，分析了其中存在的主要问题，指出加强招投标监督、创新运行机制、完善管理体制是确保招投标工作公正公平进行及预防建设工程领域腐败的根本途径。
